...i, object: working in San Francisco as a theatrical properties artisan and in school at Appalachian State University, graduate program in Sustainable Development, I am a junk-lady’Äôs junk-lady seeking stories told by objects and situation. ¬Ý i am a print-maker & installation artist interested in the habit of objects and their keepers: wanting, seeking, having, maintaining, disregarding, and discarding. ¬ÝCurrently working on a project called¬Ý’ÄúLife/style’Äù with partner Calvin Jones, Lifestyle is a celebration of connection to the present...i, object: objects find me, i find them homes. as fourth generation "junk-lady" and past-owner of 2 successful shops, (the Funkshun Junkshun with one location in downtown Monticello, with the other nestled in Tallahassee's Railroad Square Art Park) i was privy habits of attainment and use. i enjoy objects and their path--from planning, production to use to reuse to refuse....i, object: as as display coordinator for Anthropologie in Palo Alto, I understand and appreciate the artful display of objects (and the resulting profitable sale of goods beautifully presented)....i, object: seeking & collecting, retelling & recollecting. i enjoy the story told by an object. on mantle or on stage, the identity of a space it told by it's furnishings. i, object: ¬Ýi have aided television, film, and theatre productions with dressing set with my objects. i look forward to additional work in the theatrical arts. i am interested in creative projects using space and object as medium. ¬Ý
